Graduating with a degree in Business Management, there were many career options offered to Joanne. However, she realised that not many could offer her the kind of satisfaction she’s looking for.

Joanne wants to make a difference to the lives of those she meet. She wants to grow together with her clients throughout their journey. The sense of satisfaction comes from knowing that there are lives being changed and better protected because of the work she has done.

Having this desire to achieve more and do more, she took a leap of faith and started this journey with MTFG.
